Helping Seniors Move with Dignity, Confidence, and Care
A move like this is about more than logistics.
Helping seniors move from a longtime home, relocate to a 55+ community, or transition into assisted living or memory care is one of our specialties and something very close to our hearts.
Through our Senior Move Team and network of trusted professionals, we help coordinate the many details, including sorting, packing, inspections, repairs, estate-sale resources, home preparation, and moving services. Most importantly, we serve as your timekeepers, helping everyone stay aware of important dates, appointments, responsibilities, and deadlines throughout the transition.
Our goal is to reduce the stress so seniors and their families can focus on what matters most: each other and the next chapter ahead.

How We Help
We are your timekeepers. We create and help manage the timeline from beginning to end, keeping track of appointments, inspections, repairs, packing, moving dates, real estate deadlines, and other important details.
We help prepare your home before it goes on the market. When you list your home with us, we pay for a professional home inspection. This allows us to identify potential concerns early, help you determine which repairs are truly necessary, and connect you with trusted professionals when needed. Addressing important issues before listing can reduce surprises, build buyer confidence, and help protect your negotiating position when offers are received.
We are personally involved. One of us attends the home inspection, helps explain the findings, and discusses which repairs may add value and which ones may not be worth the expense.
We connect you with trusted resources. Our network includes organizers, movers, estate-sale professionals, handymen, contractors, estate-planning professionals, senior-placement specialists, and care providers.
We keep everyone informed. With our client’s permission, we communicate with adult children, caregivers, and others involved in the move so everyone understands what is happening, what is needed, and what comes next.
We meet you where you are. If electronic signatures feel uncomfortable, we are happy to sit down with you, explain the documents, and provide paper-signing options whenever possible.
We serve every generation. Seniors hold a special place in our hearts, but our service is not limited by age. Whether we’re helping you, your children, your neighbors, or your friends, everyone receives the same patience, personal attention, and honest guidance.
On us
We pay for the inspection.
Once you're under contract with us, the home inspection is on us. Knowing what needs fixing early means a buyer can't come back later with their own report and use it to chip away at your price.
Every detail gets handled carefully, kindly, and without anyone rushing you.
There is no rush on a move like this.
We work at the pace the family sets, not the market’s.
Questions we get asked most
Do I have to fix it up first?
Usually far less than you think. We’ll tell you what buyers here actually price on.
Can I sell before I’ve found the next place?
Yes, and there are a few ways to bridge the gap. We’ll lay out each one with the trade-offs.
Will you talk to my kids too?
Happily. We work directly with families and caregivers, whoever needs to be in the room.
Who pays for the home inspection?
We do. Once you’re under contract with us, the home inspection is on us. Knowing what needs fixing early means a buyer can’t come back later with their own report and use it to chip away at your price.
